I don't think anyone should ever apologize. If they are mad they are mad for a reason. If it is like someone stated before where they misunderstood something then don't apologize and if someone is mad at you don't be indignant. Just listen through the anger and hear the main idea so you can consider it. When people are mad they tend to defilter themselves and you can hear honest opinions (along with the anger) and it gives you an opportunity to learn and grow when someone points out something stupid you might of done. Moral of the story if you get mad your mad, so be mad, but approach it directly and don't bullshit around your point with low blows. If someone is mad at you don't get mad back, listen and hear their point through their bullshit and if the advice is good advice, in your opinion, then take it.
