If any of your kids' friends' parents already know that your kids run around nude in the yard, I shouldn't think it would be a problem to ask (probably better if they ask their own parents, rather than you asking though). Just say "It's OK with me, but you'd have to ask your parents first."
But if their parents don't know your kids do this, I personally would be very reluctant to bring the subject up.
