One of my bestfriends dated my brother when we were in high school and although it was a little weird I didn't mind. If I were to date one of my brothers friends though I think he would get mad. There's plenty of other hot chicks around, why can't u pick one of them who isn't connected to one of your best mates?
Just remember that if the relationship ends bad (even if it's just sexual) your friend may get pissed off at you and it may ruin your friendship but it's your life and your decision. good luck
