Should i worry?

I am in my early 20s.I am 5 ft. I weight 127 and have 28% fat supposedly.My BMI 24.6.Should I try to lose weight?

Is It Normal?

  • Depends on whether you are male or female, big boned or thin, etc. Also, do you want to lose weight? If you do, go for it. If you don't, than don't.

  • Depends if you're male or female. If you're male with 26% body fat, I'd be worried. If you're female, that's not much above the average.

  • Some people are naturally more fatty than others. If you're able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and your doctor approves I wouldn't worry.

    But that's the main point: making sure the doctor approves.
