two things. first, i think you have a brother complex. brothers and sisters can become bestfriends but that doesn't mean that they're going to start obsessing over who the other spends time with. and second i dont think you should cock block your brother(i mean socially and/or sexually) because it seems to me that by stopping him from going to see this girl you could be influencing they way he interacts with women or people in general in the future.
