Should i tell her who i am? is it normal i sent this?

So I knew this girl briefly couple years back from work...
I'm also a girl just for the record.
We got along super well at work but only hung out twice outside of it...not sure why but she didn't feel a connection in our personalities.
It really did hurt at the time.
When ever I was around her I always wanted to tell her that she's just absolutely naturally beautiful and her smile is infectious. I was too shy and didn't have the courage.
Skip couple years forward... Its kinda random but I messaged her on a fake Facebook account explaining how we knew each other briefly and just wanted to say (the above was stated), & I also said it doesn't matter who I am just remember this:)
She actually replied saying its really sweet and would be good to know who I am given the fact we once knew each other... What should I do??
