Should i sneak quails into the house

i want some pet quails but my dad doesn't want more pets cause we have 2 hens. should i order some baby quails when he is away so i can have some. he will probably be a bit angry but he would let me keep them since i would have already got them at the house

    How old are you? Do you make any money to contribute to the household, and help to pay any of the monthly expenses? Who would care for the quails, and pay for their feed?

      im 20 i help my dad pay rent and the groceries. i would care for the quails and pay for their food/expense i want to get a huge empty aquarium and put some straw/pine shavings down and buy some little huts for them to hide in and toys and i will take them outside in the backyard for a few hours or take them outside to run around in the house
