Also, skin care falls more into the categories with eating right, exercising, and using tooth care products.
It's about keeping a part of your body healthy and looking good. Just like your muscles need certain things to be healthy, so does your skin.
Wearing make up or the way you choose to shave are just superficial aspects of grooming.
