Believe me I felt a lot of that anger when I wasn't sticking up for myself.
All these things you mentioned, I believe the reason you get mad over small stuff like your phone, is because the bigger issues in your life aren't addressed. But thats my opinion. I might be wrong.
I don't think you need anger therapy, you might just need the overall regular therapy. But whichever you choose, therapy is therapy.
