Difficult. I hope you really nail in that movies aren't reality. Because if you are really sensitive it may, like you said, set you off. But here's the problem I see, if it's not truly real, how can you believe it? How can you think this would help you, if these characters aren't completely real. Maybe they're based on someone, but I'm sure there are some great stories or books you could read about people with bpd that actually live half-decent lives. What do you think?
