I'm graduating high school next month and I am really attracted to my teacher. I think he likes me too as I'm getting a pretty good mark in his class and I've caught him starring at me a couple times.       No, even if she is 18 he can get in trouble because he is her teacher and there is a law against teacher/student relationships even if she is not a minor.     I would just want you to at least wait until you are done school so he doesn't lose his job over it . I don't see why you want someone this much older than you at your age but if it's what you both want , be mature , responsible and safe .
