We don't work same shifts since I work over nights and she works days.However,i ran into her in parking lot sometimes or see her around work.I say hi,how are you and she ignores me.she used to be friendly towards me. Is this behaviour acceptable on a work place?

Get over it, and obsessing like some kinda creep! It's not anything that matters; she hasn't done anything wrong, but you need professional help!
So? You don't have to be friends with everyone you encounter. Unless you two were partners or something on a project and she wouldn't help I don't see the problem.
