I appreciate all the advice given here and yes the smart thing to do would be to contact someone higher up. I'm not a very vocal person though so that is my main issue. I usually like to keep my problems unknown (this site is a different story tho) but now that my shit is out in the opened and I'm feeling humiliated, it's time to step up my game.
And unfortuntely i shouldnt quit just yet...it would be stupid of me to quit without having another job lined up because I need to pay rent and bills.
Should I quit my job?
