That is certainly an effective idea, but i just cant afford and dont want to deal with a lawsuit over it. His "hostility" towards me comes from his own personal experiences, he acts the way he does as a sort of defense mechanism and is quick to find blame and solution before examining a problem from multiple perspectives first. Sure i could bring this to his attention and i did, he ended up getting offended without saying so and made sure i knew that i was speaking out of line.
All in all he's a shitty boss and while i could through him a lifesaver, he needs to learn how to swim. Hopefully he will be a better boss for it.
Most if not all Attorneys will take the case and you only pay if you win. If what you say really happens and you are not the preverbal "tit on a bull useless" and deserve the crap, then I say go for it. Even if you do not win, you make it very hard on your boss and the company will reevaluate his usefulness to the operation. He will still be trashed in the end.
Should i quit?
