(I'm a bisexual girl)
Okay, so last year I wrote one of my friends (girl) a love letter. I signed it anonymously to avoid rejection. This guy she had a crush on, mateo, told her he wrote the letter to try to go out with her. That was last year and although they no longer are interested in eachother, I feel like she should know I wrote the note. I don't like that some douche is getting credit for my poetry. What should I do? (btw everyone has forgotten about the letter but it keeps bugging me)

    Dont tell her. Instead write another letter explaining that the douchebag guy didnt write that other letter and that your still amorously enamored with her then sign it anonymous again and check out her reaction.

      exactly this. You don't need to confront her directly, just write her another time. Especially if it was handwriting, that should be quite proof enough. ESPECIALLY since you did _NOT_ mention that in your first letter, it may also be useful to mention you are female...while that may drop a hint about your identity, it should be her "right" to know...because it's still up to her to decide if she'd be interested in another girl. Getting her hopes up for a suitor wouldn't be nice.

    Tell her. If you don't tell her, she continue to believe this lie and deep down you wouldn't be happy with that. Trying to forget would be impossible, because a part of you will always love her and wonder about the possibilities.

    I think you should tell her. It's better to know, than to end up wondering forever.
    The poem you wrote to her came from your heart. You put feelings in there, that no one else would ever be able to mimic. The fact that he's taking credit for feelings that are unique to you makes me sick. You should tell him off and then tell her the truth.

    Tell that girl you wrote the letter, then find mateo and call him a liar. You can hit him after that, but the name mateo, sounds like he's a big guy.
