Should i name my demon?

I suffer from sleep paralysis hallucinations. It's when I get paralyzed. While I'm paralyzed, I hallucinate about a demon. I know he's not real, but he is real to me. Basically, I'm having a nightmare while I'm completely awake. Should I name the demon? If so, can you leave suggestions? I have never gotten help for my sleep paralysis hallucinations, so I'm not sure what naming him (her?) will do. Should I name my demon?

    Sleep paralysis had been linked with tartrazine, a yellow food colouring found in some drinks and processed foods. Try to find out more about that and if there's something you are consuming that has it.

    I get that you're trying to be cool & edgy here by naming your sleep paralysis hallucinatory shadow/demon/figure, but maybe instead of doing that you should tell your doctor or parents about it to get your disorder treated. It's not good for your health to prolong your sleep disorder like this. Especially of your mentality is telling you to think of names for your beddytime demon pal and ask a website for help lmao

    But if your really serious about having a sleep disorder friend and naming it, then my name for your demon shall be Zac Efron, because I know I'd want his hot abs pressing up on me at night suffocating me with my blanket if you know what Im'sayin' !!
