I have. But now I get this feeling of emptiness and end up relapsing on the no contact. this is so frikkin hard and he doesn't help either because he's always saying things that are basically hooks to manipulate me. When I analyze the objective of the communication like Richard has taught me that's what I see. Yet my irrational feelings are very strong. Well, thanks again.
Should I leave this toxic relationship?

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Only you can break up with your abuser, no one else can do it for you.

The good thing is at least I brought back home the belongings I had at his place and returned his keys. Now it hurts like hell but I'm trying!
