Don't kiss her. If she's giving you mixed signals, you have no idea what she's trying to say. Women (young women, and teenagers especially) are weird, and sort of bad at portraying how they feel. Often times they will give signs that they are into you, and they will be, but they don't want you to make a move. Maybe she's wanting to break up with her boyfriend, but is too scared/nervous. Who knows what she truly wants. If she said she wants to hang out, then just hang out. Whatever happens from there, is up to both of you, instead of putting her on the spot and just kissing her. Not to mention, if she has a boyfriend, let her know that if you two are going to be together, you don't want to be a third party, and that she has to break up with the other guy. Cheating is never good, and usually doesn't make room for a clean, responsible break up.
