    I think you need to have a discussion with her and what her intentions are with her "old & Current" BF.

    If she really wants to break up and go with you... then it's probably OK to kiss her. However, I personally would wait until she has broken up with him.

    You might tell her that before she comes for Christmas - and she may break up before she visits you.

      Thank you, seems like a good advice. I will wait for saturday though, cause she chose this date from 2 options (tomorrow or saturday).
