Oh geez, this sounds familiar haha, I knew a guy EXACTLY like this. He was sweet, respective, handsome, and irresistible...at first. We knew each other in school, and we always got along, he did alot of nice things for me, we flirted shamelessly and i felt as though he really liked me...one problem though, he had a girlfriend. After we graduated we sort of fell apart. But one day we got back in touch and started talking again, alot. He told me that his gf broke up with him, and I thought this was my chance to get to be with him. He told me that he wanted to take the single life for awhile and "just be friends" ugh, cause he knew i liked him. I respected his wishes but still asked if he wanted to hang out sometime. It was like pulling teeth to try and get together with him. But see the whole time he would not stop flirting with me and playing with my head, calling me beautiful, sexy, and texting me non-stop! I was in complete confusion! He actually told me he didnt want to be with "me". I thought he liked me. I was trying to figure him out, though it was really difficult. I got some advice my sisters and friends, and they told me to confront him or drop him and try to forget about him, cause this guy was a player, and i didnt see it at first, I was so blind. In the end, i wanted to confront him and just tell him how i really felt about all this and wanted to know why he played games so much. He made so many excuses about not wanting to meet with me. I know i probably scared him off but he didnt make it any easier with all the flirtation he gave me. I guess i thought that i still might have had a chance with him...guess not! lol. And like you and your guy, I thought this guy and I connected. He turned out to be a complete jerk and had no respect for me whatsoever, so i dropped him from my life. I know thats alot I wrote but I hope it helped?
It was a lesson learned, so now I wont be stupid enough to fall for a guy like that. It turned out that he just wanted to keep me on his "leash" and add me to a collection, I dont know why I didnt see it before, I guess i was just lost in lust. Just on question, does this guy flirt constantly with you?
should I just move on??
