Should i have a resume for my first job?

I am about to apply for a job at my local Little Caesars. They recently got new management so they are relatively desperate for new employees. I am going to apply but I was wondering? Should I have a resume? It's my first time applying for a job and it's only at Little Caesars so my initial thought is no but I really don't know. Any advice helps! (I am 15 years old which has some impact. Also is it normal please don't ban me for being under 18 <3)

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Yup! List anything in your resume that you think would benefit you with the job.

A lot of chain restaurants like that have application forms but it doesn't hurt to have a resume. Even with no job experience you can list your accomplishments and awards and course of study.

It always help but if you don't have one don't stress about it! Just make a good impression

Hold on. First find out how you apply to Little Caesars. If they are like most chain restaurants these days, it's an online application (and that typically means you must apply that way, no exceptions) and only some of those even have an option to upload a resumé. Some places will not consider you for a job if you don't follow the application procedure exactly. So, yeah. Find out their hiring process before you do anything.

Yea I did all that. I'm just going through the process and it's not online so I wasn't sure if I should include a resume when it's my first job.

It can only help. You can list any extra curricular activities you do, or volunteer stuff if you do it, or anything extra you do at school. They won't be expecting anything fancy, but it shows that your are capable of being responsible, showing up on time, etc. Theoretically, anyway.
