I've cut myself on accident a million times. I think I would rinse it out with cool water, (or peroxide, but that stings) squeeze the wound shut, and tape your finger up. Use a small piece of gauze, and any kind of tape. Heck I've used napkins and electrical tape.
This. You're over reacting, OP. Any bleeding, yoi should put pressure on straight away, this stops or reduces it. Slight numbness is fairly normal after pain dulls.
Please do not waste emergency medical resources. Hospitals struggle enough to get to the people who actually need their help and stuff like this just clogs the system.
If you're still worried, go to your normal doctor.
It doesn't look to bad but I'm starting to wonder how deep it is it's literally just started to feel a little numb, like the beginnings of pin's and needle's
I was looking for something in a cupboard and moved a broken fan guard and it got my finger
My opinion, as long as you're not gushing, or squirting blood, you should be ok. While it's numb, rinse it under cool water to see if you can see how deep it is. I would recommend using a touch of sanitizing soap while you're at it. Clean it out, and tape it shut would be my advice.
It doesn't sound bad enough for stitches to me, I've gotten plenty of them.
Nah, my stitches were mostly from stupid stuff. As a kid, stitches on my forehead from jumping off the coffee table, stitches by my eye after getting whacked with a snow shovel. Stitches on my leg from that damn tree jumping out in front of my dirt bike. Stitches on my finger from a wrench slipping and gashing it on a freshly razor sharpened lawn mower blade. (Down to the tendon on that one!) I got 7 stitches above my knee recently for getting sliced at work by a 4000lb roll of steel...that was DEEP. (I got pics!)
There's probably more, but that's most of them lol.
The only 'legitimate' stitches I got were from a surgery a long time ago.
should I go to the hospital?

Cool, but I now can't feel the very tip of my finger, at all, it feels like I'm touching someone else's finger

If you're still worried, go to your local doctor.
And possibly do a basic first aid course.
