Am I supposed to put her out on the street?? I can't put two kids on the street, if it was just her I'd say get but. OT to the innocent children
I would tell your ex that you are going on a date, she sort of may be expecting that you two will eventually end up together again due to the close proximity. In regards to the other girl it's probably better to tell her sooner than later cos that would be one akward converstaion if she one day randomly decides to come calling and your ex answers, if that happened it would actually look like you were trying to hide something. But then again it depends on whether you think it may go somewhere, if your just trying to get a quick shag then i wouldn't bother telling her.

Option 1: There are homes for mothers and their children. If there isn't on in your area go to option 2.
Option 2: Ask her (firmly) to find a new appartment withing two or three weeks.
Option 3: Ask her parents to put up with her.
