I lost it last week and yesterday I saw that he had it. He is always a jerk to me. I want to use my staple gun from wood shop to staple his head but I won't. Should I steal it back? Or tell him give it back. But I know he will laugh at me or hit me if I do.

Just take it back. It's yours. If he hits you, unleashed all your pent up rage on him. You might get your ass kicked but he won't bully you again. Bullies only like soft targets, not people who fight back.

The staple idea might work. Make sure they're at least an inch long for full skull penetration.

Just know that the bully is insecure and needs attention. Tell the teacher u lost it or ignore it. Its just an eraser. But if it happens again. Go up to him an politley ask for the eraser.

I know many teens sign up for 18+ sites and know what they’re getting into, but I feel pity for the little kids who lurk and post here. This site could be a terrible influence on them.

Dealing with a bully who's bigger than you is a tough problem to tackle. You can't snitch, or then he'll really have it in for you. You can't fight back because he's bigger and you'd get even more hurt, plus you may also be outnumbered. You can't do anything crazy like shoot him with a staple gun, because you'll really be in trouble then. Would kicking him in the groin be the answer? I'm not sure if that could come back around too, would it?
They're allowed, but they just need to be prepared that there's some adult and dirty talk on here. They shouldn't be on here.
