Should i be concerned that my friend is masturbating to my picture?

There's a lot of other details that I guess should go with this, but I'll try to keep it as short as I can.

So I'm female and I've recently become friends with this girl I've been chatting with online- she's a few years older than me. I'd like to say that we've maybe been friends for about half a month or so, and we exchanged pictures of each other a few days ago. From the way she was speaking, I could tell that she was speaking, I could tell that she was beginning to have a crush on me, and she confirmed it when she confessed that she's masturbated to my pictures.

I don't have a crush on her, but for some reason, I wasn't mad at her... but I don't really want to encourage her, either by telling her I'm ok with it. I'm honestly not sure how I should feel about this... should I be angry? Should I be concerned? It's a weird thing to ask, but I really don't know how to feel about it...

    That is definitely not normal behavior. You don't even know this person, you met them online and only have been close for two weeks. I wouldn't qualify that as a friend. If ANYONE you aren't romantically involved with/interested in masturbates to your picture that is crossing a line. Women can be creepy and perverse too, not just men. If I were in this situation I would not send anymore pictures and I would cut off all communication with her. If you choose to be friends with her still, you need to be weary and not lead her on. Be straight forward. If you don't want her masturbating to your photo, tell her. Plain and simple.

    I don't think you should be angry at all.

    I think masturbating to pictures of something or someone that arouses you is normal. It's telling the person about what you're doing that is really awkward depending on your relationship with the person.

      In short, I would say:

      (1) Don't be mad
      (2) If it bothers you that she does that, consider ceasing communication.
      (3) Be super cautious if she suggests meeting in person.
