Should i ask my step dad if i can rub his belly?

Me my mom and dad were talking a my mom notices my dad had a noticable round belly and comments he geting fat. After this my dad pulls his shirt at the back to tighten it around his belly and show how round his gut is and she gives his belly a pat. Now I want to feel his belly. (I am a 17 year old boy) Please comment.

    Its normal to be curious.... So I see no problem in asking and touching to see how it feels.

    Beyond that gets into areas best initially discussed with both your parents present at the same time.
