You think your uncle has a mental disorder that prevents him from having relationship just because he won't give your family his hard-earned money so you can blow it on drugs? You all need to accept responsibility for your own actions. Your uncle isn't obligated to give you anything.
Yes, it sounds like you maybe had a hard time and so did your parents, whatever. But sitting around doing drugs with your family waiting for a handout isn't going to solve any problems so I have a hard time feeling sorry for you. You are lying to yourself if you truly believe that you sit around doing drugs with your family to learn more about life. What are you learning? All of you need to grow up and contribute something to society instead of waiting for society to bail you out.

Hes in a different country every other day cause he doesnt want to deal with who he is. My mom doesnt even want any of his money.. even though he's a BILLIONAIRE, literally.
and obviously you've never done acid before or anything because it seriously can change your life for the better, many people agree. If you picture in your head us all just sitting around on the couch doing drugs and being lazy asses, its the opposite
