    1) Yes, but by your own stupidity, you are forcing people to build and staff orphanages.
    This is not how it works. People do these things through their own volition.
    Orphanages were not created by some mysterious magical force.

    2) You were citing the United Nations. "Common international law", is usually the responsibility and jurisdiction of the United Nations.
    There is no such thing as a, "worldwide unwritten law".

    England, United States of America (except Louisiana), and other jurisdictions where this legal system is used, in whole or in part, is not the entire world.

The other two thirds (approximately 4.8 billion people) of the world's population, uses other legal systems (pricipally, civil law and sharia law).
