I believe that the document you are citing is the "UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS."

"Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
Except there are some problems with this.
The first problem, is that this was a 'declaration' made by the United Nations in 1948. The United Nations was and is not an elected body, for the most part. Representatives, commissioners and delegates are, for the most part, appointed by a very greedy elite class.
I do not believe, that I have ever known any person who actually had an opportunity to discuss and debate publicly, or to vote on this claptrap in a binding referendum or plebiscite.
This bullshit was 'imposed' on us by John Peters Humphrey (Canada), René Cassin (France), Stéphane Hessel (France) P. C. Chang (China), Charles Malik (Lebanon), Eleanor Roosevelt (United States), among others. [It's those fucking Canadians, always causing trouble in this world.]
I believe that all these people have now exercised their 'right to die'. They left us a legacy which is not very well thought out and fraught with errors, and some very stupid people blindly follow this, without questioning it.
