      Uh, you obviously don't know about gang crime or tribal warfare. No, we haven't passed this stop, we just made it illegal.

        Well at least some of us have. I don't like the idea of encouraging violence, no matter whether or not it's "civilized" or there is "rules."

          Making something legal is not the same as encouraging it. Fucking your best friend's sister, knocking her up, leaving her and paying only minimum child support payments is legal but I don't see too many people being encouraged to do so.
