Note the word "production". Production. Product. Making. Creating. Nourishing has zilch to do with any of that; they're already made when breastfeeding occurs. Boobs have no use in actually creating that baby.

...and breasts are directly involved in nourishing those babies. I would consider that "involved", certainly much more than feet are.
