Should a non-virgin wear white for her baptism?

I am 16 and recieving my sacrement of baptism soon and i am not a virgin and want to know if i should wear the traditional white,poofy dress,bonnet,tights and mary jane shoes.

Is It Normal?

    Can one even be baptized if one has sinned by having sex outside of marriage? I thought the whole point was to show your purity. The church is no place for you, a sullied girl.
