Shouid text a girl i have only seen once irl?

I have known her for over a year and we met as we had mutual friends and she lives near me. I met her once last year at a theme park for a friends birthday. I always have to start texting her and if I would stop bothering she would never talk to me. She does however have a lot to do on a daily basis. I talk to her at least once a week. During our conversations she is nice to me but she is equally nice to me as anybody else. Should I carry on talking to her or am I wasting my time?

    I think its time to forget the texting and actually talk to her.how else will you know if she wants to chat to you.she may well not be interested but then she may be.nobody would like someone to just text them.talk and be interesting to her.
