Short hair on a woman

I've had short hair since I was 16 and it used to be down to my waist. I love my short and long hair but I'm Mayan and my hair is too thick to keep long so I only keep it short. Pixie short, a lot of men and women tell me I can pull it off very well and they like me better with short hair. I don't plan on growing it back out anytime soon because I feel kick ass esp that I don't have to wear a damn ponytail. so the question still lingers in the back of my head though about how guys feel about short hair these days.

    I had pixie cut hair for a while and I got nothing but compliments. I got bored of it and my hair is long now. I would get it cut again maybe in the future. Everyone has their preferences, but if a haircut is a dealbreaker to a guy, he's WEAK.

      I want to grow it out some but I've tried that 3 times and just end up cutting it again haha it's just so thick and heavy when it's long haha thank you for replying

        Only certain women can look good with short hair. If a woman is really feminine and pretty she most always can look good with short hair. A tomboy type of woman who uses little or no make up can look really good with short hair, but it depends on the effect she is going for. Its kind of a cut it short and see what reactions you get sort of thing though.
        The hottest chick with short hair is Joan Jett!!! YUM

    I can't say I like short hair on women to the point that it doesn't atleast reach the length of their chin, but I am sure others do.

    I like longish hair in general, though.

    Well i was the opposite, I was a guy with long hair most of my life (at and around my shoulders). As for if it kosher or not i dont see why it matters.

    they only reason i cut mine shorter now is #1 my hair is super thick like yours and can be such a handful and #2 i need to look a little more "clean cut" cause i do service work and i dont want to scare old people with a Mohawk or something lol

      I love long and short hair on guys unless it's Blake's hair from workaholics his mustache with it just hmm idk haha he looks like a jester hahahaha!

        well my pic not is how my hair is not, but i have some pics of when i was little (UGH LOOK LIKE A LITTLE ASIAN GIRL) or in highschool it was long and wavy, and past my shoulders

    As a women I think it looks terrible on other women (I'm asuming that it's about an inch tall.) PS I'm bisexual and have dated and gone to bed with men and women.

    You're seeking validation and attention about your appearance from a bunch of people you don't know. Insecure much?

    Very few women can pull off a short hairstyle and look better than they would with longer hair. Of those who can, there are those who look gorgeous, those who look sexy, and those who look pretty. You look cute with short hair but you would look sexy with long hair past your shoulders. That’s my opinion. Most men, myself included, prefer long hair. Do a search if you don't believe me.

      Yeah no shit obviously I am slightly insecure that's why I got on this site and posted this poll duh. Doesn't mean I'm going to grow my hair out I was curious to see people's opinions this day and age on short hair I KNOW most men prefer long hair, I knew it when I cut it off I'm not ignorant.

    I'm a girl who definitely loves short hair. I had it once and I loved it. People thought I looked crazy and some people made fun of me, but I LOVED IT. It made me feel more powerful in a weird way. My hair grew longer so now it's up to my shoulder but I definitely love the pixie cut! (also I'm a lesbian who is actually really attracted to people with short hair)

    Generally speaking, and my wife and I were discussing this the other day when we saw a French couple, it seems French women can pull off the short hair look much better than most. I can't say why, but if a woman has very short hair and looks good, she's probably French. Of course, as a Mayan, you probably don't look at all French, we'd have to see your cut to give a personal opinion.

      Hey that is true! French women do seem to have a nice facial structure to pull it off! The last short hair style I did now that I think about it the model was a French girl it was a twist on the non cut, I tried to put a picture with my post but it wouldn't upload I have one on my profile
