    And also maybe leave the coffee out
    I’d advise you to eat oat or porridge in the morning, you can mix it whatever gives you proteins and even get it without gluten. Oat is very good for your digestive system and it could be that yours just had enough, because that is really not normal

    But the big question is, who voted for it being normal haha it’s at 10%
