    And you OP are a dumbass. That is extremely gross and unsanatairy to do anywhere, let alone at a local gym! Talk to your doctor you have serious bowel issues if this is true! I squat 575+ and deadlifted 635+ and I have NEVER shat myself while doing them. I have heard a few stories of it happening to people in isolated events but if this happens every day and is unavoidable than you need to see a doctor ASAP!!!
