Take it from someone who is from "the hood", if she is not using you then she needs to abide by your conditions. Said conditions being that she get tested for STDs ASAP. She has probably fucked quite a many guys for crack money, even if she says she hasn't. No one wants to admit to that shit.
Give her a time-line for rehab. Give her the option of outpatient. Keep all of your money on you at all times because even though she may be a good person, addiction turns you into something that you never thought you'd be.
Your situation is far from normal and I think that if she does not abide by the conditions, she is either using you or complacent in allowing her addiction to consume her (in which case, nothing you do will save her from the myriad of issues that come with crack addiction). Either way, I hope for the best for you two and do what you need to do to get her the help she needs.
