I’m saying I hate when people do what is described here when they fake themselves to get others to like them.
But since you don’t know I’ll try and explain why I can’t pretend to be something I’m not since you wanna know. Okay my biggest thing I dislike about myself I wish I could change is I’m pretty introverted and wish I was more talkative.
Now I sometimes need to try and push myself to be especially when I have clients watching me work I have to keep conversation going and seem nice which sure no problem but I try and force myself to be more talkative than I am but fuck I can’t even do it. I clearly come off as nervous too. I have no problem being myself but tryin to be something I’m not never works in my favor. It’s obvious I get uncomfortable and can’t do it right.
I really can’t think of anything else where I try to fake something. Call me out on something I’ll stand behind it. I ain’t got nothin to hide. So tell me where do you think I’m fake? Enlighten me please 🥺
I really don’t care if someone likes me or not it’s nothing on me. I’ll try and push myself if it comes to work but in reality me is me.
Idk dude maybe I’m also fake. But even with work when I need to make better impressions and be this nicer more social person I have to but it’s exhausting. When I’m working I’m focused on customer service shit because impressions are important. How I am regularly isn’t changed for peoples perspectives. I don’t try and be something I’m not for others to like me. Personality wise people change we get older but I don’t fake things I try and live in reality here. I’m going with the flow being myself maybe theirs times I can seem fake too idk but my point is I don’t purposely change myself for people. Do you see what I’m saying now? Cause I don’t particularly wanna type anymore books.
Then what do you call someone who changed who they are just to make people like them. Constantly needs to be different and feel the need to adjust themself for others? It’s not the true them. Fake mask except in this case she’s going alll out.
It’s attention seeking. Maybe It’s cause I don’t like the attention of others and being center of anything but when I see people acting not themselves for others it drives me crazy. Isn’t it better to want people to like you for you?
But what is the "true them"? Why is that something for you to decide?
Everyone behaves differently among different people. Even if you don't realize it. Most of it isn't even a conscious choice - they're not intentionally faking anything, that's just how behavior works.
She constantly changes the way she looks and acts

Did I say I decide it? Not so much how comfortable you are but how bad you change for someones interest.
