Shake when nervous?

when im nervous(like super important thing is coming up) i start to shake, is that normal?

  • if i do something wrong and some worst conclusions can be predicted ,my whole body does shake... its like form head to toe/... and very bad

  • Yes It's normal; physiologically, when you are faced with stress, a NORMAL reaction is for your muscles to tense: ie: the flight or fight syndrome. Therefore, tensed muscles, after a time cannot continue to maintain a uniform level of tension: hence the shake. Don't worry about it. Best regards, Jennie

  • i shake like crazy and talke so fast through school presentations but when i play drums on stage with my band infront of people i love it its the best feeling a live i feel a lot more comfortable doing something im good at infront of people

    • I mainly shake when im worried about a big test or something in that range.My legs always feel weak and my arms shake.
