Your father is making inappropriate sexual advances with you, and your mother likely knows and either believes that they are innocent or understands what is going on and has no objection.
It is very pre-calculated; and unless you stop it or get out of the house this is very likely to end up with you having sex with your father (repeatedly - and likely often), and not of your own free will.
I believe that it is best if you contact the child protection office and remind them of the previous case and what is going on.
That "crazy" family member might not be so crazy, and might be someone safe for you to stay with.
Also, do you know anyone else that you like in the family or the parents of a freind who you would like to live with, as once this is reported you will likely need other living options (and I believe that is appropriate).
You may love and care for your parents and family; but, please for your own safety and future.. report it and plan on living somewhere else for at least a while. Young Ladies in your situation are normally allowed to have contact and do some things with their parents, even if living with another relative or other party.
