A lot of girls feel the same way. I'm 19, female and I still haven't had a first kiss. I'm not particularly bad looking, but not a stunner either. My 2 best friends are exactly the same.
There are a lot of people out there that are in the same situation as you, just not that many that confess to it. You're not pathetic, if anything I like that stuff about waiting for the right person to come along. I'm doing the exact same thing :)
