Someday, when she's 20, even older, she'll have friends she'll want to share her history with. Even if she knows that you matter, the future is murky, and a 20-year-old might reveal something you don't want her to. You are seriously risking your (and her!) reputation within the family.
Not to mention that as an adult, she might have serious issues surrounding this kind of incest. I highly suggest that you, as the adult, seriously consider what kind of effect this would have on her psyche. What if she does tell somebody and they happen to be the wrong person? They may not understand and pass judgement on her, and may think it's wrong enough that it needs to be brought up.
16-year-olds are full of raging hormones. Even if she thinks she knows what she wants, she may not. What if she said she wanted to be a mom right then? You might not trust that kind of judgement to a 16-year-old. Be the better man, realize you'd be taking advantage of her and putting her self-esteem and your family on the line.
