Not sure how old this post is. I can see myself in the same boat as you in a few years.
You really have to think things through before crossing that line. What would family think when they found out? What would your employer do? If you did go for it and it turns out to be an ongoing thing, one of your would get hurt if the other started a relationship and ended the roll in the hay benefits.
