Sexually attracted to close guy-friend

I'm not looking for a relationship or sexual intercourse with my best friend or anything. I am looking more for mutual masturbation just because I want to experiment. I'm not a very sexually active guy at all, but I have thoughts and fantasies about wanting to do things like masturbate with or give a blow job to one of my close guy friends. I find him attractive, but he's straight and has had relationships with many girls. He never sticks to any girl, though, and I think he's just horny all the time. I am, too, but I want to save myself for a girl that's really special to me, which is why I want an outlet for my sexual frustration that I feel could come from my close friend and I fooling around. He asks me to rub his neck/walk on his back and scratch his back from time to time, which excites me. Is it normal for him to ask me to do those things for him? Is it normal for it to be exciting to me?

Is that weird? Should I talk to him about it?

    Everyone is different.
    Let me be clear that with me, a looooot of my guy friends act very similarly in the way you do towards him(we're all guys in our 20s, experimenting of course), and let me express that even if you may not be coming onto him or aren't into him, Its really obvious to tell when someone has any sort of feelings for you typically, especially since your best buds (you know eachother well) so simply talk to him man. I mean don't be like, hey lets sucki sucki, but be straight with him (not meant to be a pun haha). Good luck buddy. ;) No, I've never done anything with my friends, I was simply implying that it didn't bother me to be friends with them after I declined their offer, he simply asked how I'd been, typical conversation, got onto girlfriends, onto sex, and of course you beat around the bush long enough the bush takes a cumshot to the face. LOL. I threw in a lot of jokes, but in all honesty I mean no offense :) good luck man.

      Thank you very much! :) I appreciate the answer. I feel like if he continues to ask me to touch him, he's not uncomfortable around me. But also, when we text, I will sometimes make a joke about something sexual directed at him, and he will reply "gross" or something, but I'm not sure if he's serious. I've never said anything sexual to him in person or talked about sex, though, which is why I'm so scared to. Haha.

        I always reply gross too to those usually, but typically its because I don't take them seriously, which is probably the case with him (or hes into you :D) Thats why I said it seems like he's a pretty chill guy, but yea, even though I said its obvious sometimes, everyone is different, so you never know for sure. still though, might as well give it a go :)

          Although I didn't specifically mention that I had thought about doing things with him, I did have a looong talk with him today about what I've been thinking about doing with other guys. He said that he hasn't really thought about this sort of thing before (probably because he's had a girlfriend for about a year and a half that gave him what he wanted). I never said anything about having thoughts about him... He was very understanding of the way I was feeling, which was great.

          Do you think I should maybe ask him if he'd let me try on him? Just to see what it was like? Or do you think that now that we've established a sort of trust, that might not be such a good idea?
