I wouldn't think living out what you're describing would work out well in real life, that aside, there are other ways if you can get into the roleplaying enough that you could easily fulfill a fantasy like you describe.
For me, the biggest obstacle would be scheduling. I have the girls that would be willing to do what you're talking about as roleplay type sex, just getting everyone together might take a few days, mostly because I have an odd schedule.
Or you could just find them in your area... there are websites that cater to this sort of thing. If you're having a lot of trouble locating the resources, shoot me a PM and I'll point you in the right direction.
