Aww, being a woman and all I wanna answer about the male villains, if you don't mind... Gaston from Beauty and the Beast is by far the hottest physically but, weirdly, the only one that really does something to me is Scar from The Lion King, so sexy! Rawrrr *swoon*
First off, I remember that scene and I love your use of it! Secondly, I really hate in movies when they make the protagonist beautiful and the villain ugly. The world doesn't work that way, one of the reasons that I really liked Frozen was for the antagonist, because really the person was attractive and for the most part good. Anyways, villains, uhhhh....gosh they're all so ugly. Actually that girl from Atlantis, yeah she's actually very attractive, I'll go with her.

Wow - that Queen of Hearts is gorgeous. She looks nothing like the original, but still really nice.
I don't think any of those guys are attractive at all, though. They're all the same specific look, too: eyeliner, pencil moustache and slightly feminised face. I also noticed that all the women are thinner. Even Ursula has gone from very fat to average. Cruella is the only girl who looks anything like the original, and she's skinny already. Interesting set of pictures though :)
I agree with you about how silly it is that the villains are deliberately ugly. It's not realistic, and it doesn't exactly send kids a good message about the value of beauty.
Probably mirage; her voice is rather seducing.
As for male villains, I am going to go with Captain Hook--the once upon a time tv show version of hook.
I have the hots for so many Disney men it is ridiculous.

I don't know, maybe I'm just strange but the Queen of Hearts drives me mad. She's sexy in a bossy, spoiled, Marie Antoinette kind of way.
I don't think there is a female villain I'd particularly want to have sex with. Most disney villains are ugly, like Anime7 said, and I haven't really seen a lot of the newer movies like Frozen.
There are some male ones, though... For some reason I developed a crush on Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre dame. So, err, him I guess. There are others but I've forgotten them.
Well, if i were to have sex with one of them I'd probably make out with and have sex with the Queen from Sleeping Beauty (I'm female). I don't know her name, I'm sorry.
Well old Horsey face in the Witch movie awe actually cool. like the only time i ever remember liking her in a movie.
