This is really sensitive... First of all I'm going to say the obvious: it's illegal. It's inappropriate. It's statutory rape. Even if you LIKED it, you could get him in a lot of trouble because he's supposed to be the responsible adult and know better. Period. That kind of thing is non negotiable in the eyes of the court.
Next, if you had to MAKE him do it, it's wrong. It's rape. Anything other than obvious, enthusiastic, mutually consensual sex is rape. In the gay community this kind of rape is more prevalent, which I think is really sad because it can already be scary if you haven't come out yet, plus you're adding the age gap and teacher/student relationship. It's not hot, it's wrong. Until you come of age, don't do it with him again.
Also, my recommendation would be to have an honest discussion with him privately. If you're feeling guilty, you did something wrong. Sex should make you feel beautiful and empowered. It should make both of you happy. At the very least, apologize. acknowledge that it was wrong. Admit you shouldn't have done it. Don't blame him, take responsibility for your actions and don't do it again. Ask him if it would be helpful if you transferred out of his class to another teacher. If yes, do it and move on. Treat him with kindness and respect whenever you see him again. He's a person, not a toy or a sex object made for you to get off. Look him in the eye and see how you could potentially ruin both of your lives. Understand this and do better.
There is someone appropriately aged who would love to have you, and enthusiastically! Wait for them. You'll both be happier for it.
