    I don't understand why at 14yrs old you allow the old horrible man to
    touch you just go to the authorities tell a policeman get him locked up..

      I guess you don't understand the natural fear a teenager might feel of being thrown into foster care or institutional care. It's a real fear. But if she finds this relationship damaging and can't get him to stop, she may have no choice.
