Definitely could NOT live without an orgasm. Possibly intercourse, if I really had to, but not masturbation.
As stated, it is human nature and a part of our innate urges to procreate (even if we do not want children) our bodies will always respond naturally and crave sex. The only difference is "drive", for some it's constant and others it can be/or is suppressed and just "not important".. That doesn't mean it's lasting, eventually the urge will find them.
My body craves orgasms and aches/pain ensue - if I skip a day or few without masturbating, so "fulfilling" that desire is necessary for me, unless I want a couple of days full of the nagging craving.
