Seventh toe on my right foot?

I've been doing cocaine for a while but recently I've started feeling like I have a SEVENTH toe on mI have 13 toes all up, which is one more than usual obviously. Is this normal or is my dealer putting something else in my cocaine?

Depends on what kind of toe it is. Another big toe is fine, another pinky toe? Good luck
